Security Lists and Access to Facility
To comply with the Saudi Aramco security requirements all teams must submit their Security Lists with information for individuals and vehicles who will attend the event to the DYSL Security Director using both of the following e-mail addresses: Jacques Olckers Jacques.olckers@aramco.com and dysl.dolphins@gmail.com no later than Monday, April 22nd, 2019 @ 6:00 pm. The security list is found on the Forms Page of this site.
The Security Director must receive a full and complete list of EVERY individual (swimmer, sibling, parent, coach, relative, spectator, driver, house cleaner etc.) who will be entering. This includes the name, nationality, gender, and Iqama/National ID and Passport number for every single individual (not family). In addition, we need the vehicle make, color, and license plate and for every single car which might enter Dhahran. This includes any swimmer, parent, sibling, driver, or any other individual intending to attend. It will be necessary for EVERY individual, to provide both the Iqama/National ID AND passport number in the security list. Each individual should be prepared to present the Iqama OR Passport at the point of entry to the Saudi Aramco compound. In the event that a visitor is coming in a private vehicle, it will be necessary to provide the information related to the car (including that of the driver). Security information for each team should be provided using the attached Security Template and comply with its relevant instructions. Each team should appoint a security coordinator who can arrange and resolve any security issues that arise particularly during entry to Saudi Aramco compound. The name and contact details of the security coordinator should be provided in the Security Template provided and known to all your families participating in this event. Please note that in case of security issues pertaining to entry to Saudi Aramco compound; our Security Director will only deal with your security coordinator to resolve the issue and not with the individual/family concerned. Failure to provide full information may result in denial of entry to the facility and being scratched from the meet. Swimmers barred from accessing camp for any reason will be scratched from the meet and no refund will be given. Our goal is to make the entry of visitors to Saudi Aramco as easy as possible but given the number of visitors attending the event, this will be a complex undertaking and your cooperation and forbearance are appreciated.
